Are You Booster’s Next Lead Graphic Designer, Gear?

Are you a creative powerhouse with an eye for detail and a knack for leading design projects from concept to completion? Join us as the Lead Graphic Designer on our Gear team and bring your skills to a fast-paced, fun, and purpose-driven environment. We’re looking for a talented designer who excels in custom vector illustration, leads with care and clarity, and thrives in a collaborative creative environment. In this role, you’ll play a key part in executing high-quality designs, mentoring other designers, and ensuring client and company expectations are consistently met.

How You’ll Impact Booster’s Mission:

  • Create clean, custom artwork and mockups for apparel and products based on client requests.

  • Render and recreate low-resolution images into high-quality vector artwork.

  • Provide finalized artwork separations that align with company standards.

  • Oversee product purchasing and contribute to production readiness.

  • Communicate with account management and production teams to ensure artwork meets specifications.

  • Coordinate art changes and adjustments with key stakeholders.

  • Assist in managing design capacity and assigning jobs to in-house and contract designers.

  • Support designers and uphold quality control to maintain Booster brand standards.

  • Lead by example, demonstrating excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • 3–5 years of Adobe Illustrator experience and 2–3 years of Adobe Photoshop experience

  • A strong portfolio showcasing original design work, especially custom vector art and illustration

  • Experience in customer service, project management, and leading creative teams

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with speed and excellence

  • Clear written and verbal communication and strong attention to detail

  • Strongly preferred: Experience working in the screen-printing industry
