Job Description

100% Travel Task Force. Six Month Travel Rotation. Pay is $29 Per Hour Plus OT. We pay travel, one meals per day and lodging.  Must have Banquet Manager Experience.

Banquet Manager Job Duties

- Manage all banquet operations, including advertising, sales, planning, organizing, and executing events
- Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and ensure their needs are met
- Oversee the set-up and breakdown of banquet rooms, ensuring they are properly arranged and decorated
- Supervise banquet staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure efficient shift management, including scheduling staff and assigning tasks
- Maintain inventory control of banquet supplies and equipment
- Monitor food quality and presentation, working closely with the kitchen staff to ensure high standards are met
- Handle cash procedures accurately and securely
- Utilize Lightspeed POS system for order processing and payment transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, adhering to health and safety regulations

  • 3 Years Hotel or Resort Banquet Manager Experience 
  • Ability to Stat Onside for 6 Month Rotation
