Surgical Tech - OR, Days

As a Surgical Tech at our facility in Augusta, GA, your primary responsibilities will include assisting physicians during surgeries, preparing and maintaining the sterile environment, managing surgical instruments, and facilitating efficient OR processes. You'll work closely with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and comfort, making crucial decisions in a fast-paced medical environment.

To be considered for the Surgical Tech position at our Augusta location, candidates must have graduated from a Surgical Technology Program or an LPN program, obtaining the necessary certification. Ideally, you should have at least three years of experience as a Surgical Tech. If you lack certification, a total of ten years of surgical tech experience can be accepted. Additionally, a valid GA LPN license is required if applicable.

The Surgical Tech role is crucial in ensuring overall patient care within the Operating Room. You're responsible for preparing the operating environment, ensuring the availability of necessary instruments, and maintaining sterile techniques.
