VDC Project Manager
Cahill Contractors LLC is seeking a VDC Project Manager to work with project teams on Building Information Models (BIM) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) methodologies. The role focuses on collaborating with diverse teams and managing BIM coordination efforts.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of VDC/BIM processes and procedures.
- Manage BIM Coordination efforts for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Manage Coordination models and proactively work with trade partners to resolve conflicts during coordination.
- Identify issues related to plans and specifications, especially as related to the use of the BIM model.
- Develop 3D Logistics Plans for current and prospective projects.
- Train field staff to utilize BIM models during construction.
- Assist in holding coordination team members accountable for deliverables and maintaining coordination schedules.
- Assist in reporting/assessment of coordination meetings, concerns, constraints, etc.
- Help to identify constructability problems and propose solutions.
- Foster and enhance Designer, Engineer, Trade Partner, and Client relationships.
Education
- Minimum 4-year degree required
