Calm is looking for an Associate CX Specialist to provide exceptional customer support, handle escalated cases, contribute to documentation, and assist with process improvement projects.

Skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing platform
Responsibilities
Provide timely, personalized, efficient, and empathetic replies to user support inquiries
Answer escalated customer inquiries or route them to the appropriate agent
Develop a deep understanding of Calm's operating platforms and features
Identify patterns in bug reports and feature requests and escalate as needed
Write knowledge base articles and canned responses
Act as a point person for questions from other Calm teams
Education
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
1+ years of customer support experience for a software offering or platform
