We are looking for Back Office Officer with Arabic to join our Team!


Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the daily payment transactions processing (fund in/out) and ensuring all payments are processed accurately and in a timely mannerIy-depth understanding of international payments,
  • Coordinating with the AML, Compliance, Customer Support, Accounting, and Sales Departments for back-office and payments related tasks,
  • Communicating with the Company’s payment providers,
  • Liaising with banks,
  • Support related to banking transaction
  • Identifying signs of financial crime including money laundering and terrorist financing to identify high-risk transactions within the business portfolio,
  • The employee might take additional responsibilities from time to time according to the overall company’s workload.


Requirements:
  • Professional working experience in a financial institution e.g. Banking sector and Fintech is a plus,
  • Arabic language is a must,
  • English language – intermediate,
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask,
  • Ability to work a flexible shift schedule,
  • Ability to work in a team in a very dynamic environment.
