Position Overview:

We are seeking a self-motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic and growing FP&A team. This high-visibility role will focus on financial analysis and collaboration with internal teams, particularly Marketing, to support business goals and decision-making. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in cross-functional collaboration, and demonstrates exceptional analytical and communication skills.

Location: Boca Raton, FL (Onsite @ HQ Daily)

Role Type: Full-Time, In-Office

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling is required.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively across teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
• Strategic thinking and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to work on-site daily at CELSIUS HQ.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and strategic management tools to provide actionable insights.
• Analyze budget and forecast variances, identifying and communicating key drivers to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure accurate financial reporting and support journal entry reviews.
• Assist in preparing monthly revenue and profitability projections.
• Build and refine financial models to support the annual budget planning process and long-term strategic initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Accounting, and Operations, to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost savings.
• Deliver ad hoc analyses and support special projects as business priorities evolve.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
