Operating at the intersection of sports, entertainment, and cryptocurrency, you will own the complete growth and customer acquisition strategy—leading paid media, affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, community marketing, customer reactivation, campaign development and implementation—. You'll manage an existing high-performing team and have the autonomy to design and scale your organization, supported closely by senior management.
Your morning begins by diving into yesterday's acquisition performance across channels, scrutinizing data to uncover insights, optimization opportunities, and areas for experimentation. Perhaps you've identified a promising new influencer campaign yielding high-quality traffic, and you're strategizing how to scale it further.
Next, you meet with your Head of Paid Acquisition, aligning on budgets, channel strategies, and near-term priorities. You review recent affiliate program performance, brainstorm ways to activate dormant channels, and discuss fresh ideas for community marketing initiatives to drive organic growth.
Mid-morning, you collaborate with the Product and Data teams, exploring ways to optimize conversion funnels and improve user onboarding to maximize acquisition ROI. You propose new A/B tests and experiment ideas designed to push key metrics forward.
In the afternoon, you lead a cross-departmental meeting with senior stakeholders—sharing acquisition funnel analysis and some ideas your team have to optimize the funnel. You pitch new growth experiments and data tracking that will make your team’s acquisition more effective.
As your day winds down, you finalize hiring plans and interviews for your Creator Marketing Lead - a new role that you’ve envisioned that aims at finding the next generation of creators to partner with our leading brand.
