SUMARRY:
Responsible for conducting & implementing events and providing an exceptional experience for our guests. Responsible for communicating event information to Team Members and guests.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or GED Required. Two years college preferred. One to two years of related guest service experience preferred. One to two years of events or promotions experience preferred. Experience working with the public required.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to effectively perform independently is required. Must possess excellent communications skills, verbal and written. Must be organized and detailed-oriented. Computer skills required. Must have excellent customer service skills. Must be able to effectively resolve problems, based on common-sense use of reasoning ability, as well as knowledge of established company policies. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Bilingual preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or Team Members of company.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables.
