Customer Service Receptionist, Per Diem

Responsibilities

 

The primary purpose of the Customer Service Receptionist position is to greet patients and visitors and direct them to their destination, using the visitor check-in system as appropriate and provides support in the supervisor’s absence.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience in hospitality is preferred. Must have strong computer skills to perform daily operations; excellent communication skills; exceptional customer service skills and the ability to organize and resolve multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated customer service skills and excellent phone etiquette. Bilingual skills preferred.
