Day Shift Hours (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) M- F. 

The Quality Control Lead at Cornerstone Building Brands is responsible for ensuring all products meet quality standards, leading a team in implementing and monitoring quality control processes, and collaborating with other departments to address issues and drive continuous improvement

• Lead and train quality control inspectors and technicians, ensuring they follow established procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions
• Oversee the inspection and testing of materials, parts, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions, and prepare reports on quality control metrics
•  Investigate product quality concerns and implement solutions to prevent future issues
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards
•  Troubleshoot and analyze problems to identify, evaluate, propose, and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Review assigned controlled documents (e.g., work instructions, quality specifications, engineering specifications, procedures, and validation protocols)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prior experience in quality control, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong leadership skills (Soft and Hard Skills)
• Excellent problem-solving skills using statistical tools and DMAIC process disciplines
• Ability to clearly communicate between multiple parties and execute production requests while providing feedback to Managers/Line Leads
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
