Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Programs Manager to support the development and execution of a variety of programs at Crowdpen. This entry to mid-level role is perfect for someone passionate about digital creation and eager to gain experience in program management and writer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Development & Implementation:
    • Assist in the design, planning, and execution of a range of programs, including workshops, challenges, webinars, and mentorship opportunities.
    • Develop and maintain program schedules, timelines, and budgets.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, community) to ensure program alignment with overall brand goals.
  • Participant Engagement:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for program participants, addressing inquiries and providing support.
    • Manage participant recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
    • Monitor participant progress and engagement throughout program duration.
    • Foster a supportive and inclusive community environment for participants.
  • Content Management:
    • Collaborate with the development team to ensure program-related content is effectively featured and promoted.
    • Support the creation and curation of high-quality content for program participants and the broader Crowdpen community.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Maintain accurate records and databases of program activities and participants.
    • Prepare reports and analyze program data to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
    • Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person events (if applicable).
  • Communication & Outreach:
    • Draft and disseminate communications to program participants, stakeholders, and the broader community.
    • Assist in managing social media accounts and other communication channels related to Crowdpen programs.
    • Create content for program newsletters, updates, and promotional materials.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Marketing, Education, Project Management or related)
  • 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in program coordination, events management, or related fields
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a fast-paced team.
  • Passion for supporting creators and fostering a thriving online community.
  • Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with writers or in a publishing environment
  • Familiarity with digital content platforms or content management systems
  • Basic understanding of social media management for professional accounts
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile).
  • Experience in event planning or workshop coordination
