The Assistant Project Manager is responsible to provide general assistance to and may be responsible for the direction and performance of a subset of principal areas of responsibility of the Project Manager. Accountable for project financial performance. Single or multiple project assignments may be required.
Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent
· Up to five years of applicable experience, preferably in a design firm or field construction office setting
Additional Qualifications
· Developing leadership, communication, and organizational skills
· Team-oriented individual capable of coordinating or managing others
· Understanding of project execution and delivery in a design or construction setting
