In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the future of Databricks design. We’re looking for an experienced designer to design the next generation of Admin experience. We're searching for an experienced Product Designer with the ability to define strategic vision and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to bring this vision to life.
Platform administration plays a critical role in the customer’s success with Databricks. Your work will streamline how admins set up, secure, and manage their Lakhouse platform.
You'll be working closely with the admin teams based in SF/Seattle, while also collaborating with various feature teams across the globe.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
