ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Media Planner to develop and execute high-impact media campaigns across both traditional and digital channels. In this role, you’ll collaborate with senior media staff and account teams to craft media plans that align with client goals and campaign objectives. You’ll play a key role in optimizing media buys to maximize performance, ensuring campaigns are data-driven, innovative, and tailored to key performance indicators (KPIs).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Lead the development and management of media campaigns across all traditional and digital channels.
  • Strategize and execute media plans that align with client goals and campaign objectives.
  • Present media plans and strategies to clients and internal teams with confidence and clarity.
  • Support media buying execution across both digital and traditional tactics as needed.
  • Negotiate media buys on behalf of clients and the agency to secure optimal placements and rates.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights, reports, and growth opportunities to clients.
  • Conduct research and provide strategic recommendations to support account service teams and new business initiatives.
  • Identify emerging opportunities and recommend new media channels to senior media staff and account teams.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, presenting innovative media solutions to agency stakeholders.
  • Oversee media budgets and provide billing guidance to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Mentor and train junior staff, supporting their growth in planning, buying, and billing functions.

Requirements

  •  At least 3 years of media planning and buying experience, with demonstrated growth in responsibilities
  • Proficiency in the following platforms: Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform, Search Ads 360, Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Strata, Meta
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred
  • Solid understanding of media planning concepts, tools, and audience targeting
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Collaborative team player with experience solving business challenges and providing actionable recommendations
