POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated Computational Biology Intern to support efforts in genomic data analysis. This internship will provide hands-on experience working with sequencing data, transcriptomics, and bioinformatics tools to investigate key genomic features relevant to our scientific initiatives. The intern will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to contribute to computational workflows and data-driven discoveries.

We’re on the lookout for a highly motivated Computational Biology Intern who’s eager to dive into the world of genomic data analysis. In this exciting internship, you will gain firsthand experience working with sequencing data, transcriptomics, and various bioinformatics tools that are crucial to our scientific projects. You’ll be part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team where your contributions will directly support our computational workflows and help drive data-driven discoveries. Your responsibilities will include processing and analyzing sequencing data, such as RNAseq and whole-genome sequencing, to extract biologically meaningful insights. You’ll get to apply computational methods to investigate and characterize genomic features while utilizing bioinformatics tools and public databases to enhance data processing and interpretation. Collaborating with our talented scientists and bioinformaticians will allow you to refine computational approaches and present your findings during team meetings, ultimately contributing to internal research reports. If you’re currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Genetics, or a related field and have a solid understanding of next-generation sequencing technologies, particularly RNAseq, we want to hear from you!
