RN - Team Lead - Home Health

As an RN - Team Lead at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, you will oversee the coordination of home health services, ensuring that our patients receive care that meets high standards. To qualify for the RN - Team Lead role at Enhabit, you must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school and hold an active nursing license in your state.
