Account Based Marketing Specialist (ABM)

eVisit is growing and expanding across healthcare with a significant focus on enterprise health systems. We're looking for an Account Based Marketing Specialist to elevate our brand, marketing, and digital presence.  This role combines strategic marketing campaign design and development, high-level conceptual thinking, and hands-on execution to bring complex marketing strategies to life. This key role requires working closely with eVisit's executives, our customer success, sales, product, and marketing teams, and external agencies to amplify the achievements eVisit has delivered for our customers.

While experience in the virtual care and telehealth space is ideal, it is not required. The ideal candidate is strategic, creative, and is used to developing work under tight deadlines. They are also passionate about shaping and sharing the story of eVisit's impact on digital care transformation as we expand throughout the US healthcare market.

  • Develop and implement tailored ABM strategies to target high-value accounts based on ICP across commercial, federal, and existing customer segments.
  • Define the strategy for account-specific campaigns based on account intelligence, persona insights, and sales goals.
  • Segment target accounts and audiences to deliver personalized and relevant messaging for each stage of the buyer’s journey.
  • Identify, plan and build the most effective channels (e.g., email, digital ads, events, and webinars) to engage decision-makers within target accounts
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure campaign goals align with account objectives and pipeline targets. Determine and “re-rank” Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 accounts when necessary
  • Leverage HubSpot to build and manage campaigns and monitor engagement.
  • Create and launch account-specific email sequences, ads, and event invitations.
  • Use HubSpot to set up workflows, targeting, and automation for campaign execution.
  • Monitor campaign performance for each account and optimize based on engagement metrics (e.g., account engagement scores, pipeline influence, conversion rates, clicks, opens, etc.).
  • Report on pipeline contributions and ROI for account-level campaigns.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience developing Marketing strategies (agency or in-house)
  • Expertise Monitoring and evaluation Marketing campaigns with clear plans of action and iteration.
  • Deliver account research and analysis to drive ABM strategies
  • Experience with a multitude of ABM tools and Software
  • Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights and pacing toward goal to stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong LinkedIn, social/digital storytelling, and content management/curation experience
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration, creativity; and project management skills in a  fast-paced environment
