Payroll Specialist

Gestionnaire de Paie (H/F)

CDD 12 mois

Au sein de la Direction des Ressources Humaines, sous la responsabilité de la responsable Paie et Administration du Personnel, vous serez en charge des missions suivantes :

Gestion de la Paie

  • Gérer les formalités d’embauche et de départ des collaborateurs (DPAE, taux topaze, intégration dans les outils dédiés à ce process, mutuelle et prévoyance)

  • Collecter, analyser et traiter les informations relatives aux salariés (congés, absences, temps de travail, heures dérogatoires, astreintes, heures supplémentaires, IJSS, Prévoyance, transport…)

  • Calculer et centraliser les données variables de paie

  • Gestion des arrêts maladies, maternité, paternité, suspension de contrat de travail

  • Suivi des indemnités journalières en subrogation,

  • Gérer les soldes de tout compte et les calculs des indemnités de départ (connaissances des régimes fiscaux, sociaux sur les ICL)

  • Contrôle de paie (Analyse, correction en lien avec le prestataire de paie)

  • Gérer les déclarations aux organismes sociaux et assurer le suivi dans le cadre de la DSN avec le prestataire de paie

  • Assurer un relais avec les organismes de prévoyance et de mutuelle

  • Analyser les provisions de congés payés, 13ème mois, précarité,

  • Préparation de la revue de paie, (réconciliation effectifs, virement des salaires, et…)

  • Être le support privilégié (e) de la responsable Paie dans des projets de mis en place d’accords d’entreprise, ou mise en place d’un changement de prestataire de paie, avec changement de méthode de travail

Conformité et Réglementation

  • Veiller à la conformité des procédures de paie avec la législation sociale et fiscale en vigueur

  • Connaissances des évolutions législatives et règlementaires impactant la paie et les charges

  • Assurer la conformité et la règlementation des accords collectifs et d’entreprise

Gestion Administrative

Assurer un rôle de proximité et être l’interlocuteur des salariés de l’entreprise pour les questions relatives à l’administration du personnel

  • Tenir à jour les dossiers des employés en matière paie dans l’outil dédié (Workday) - (rémunération, changement de contrat de travail, évolution de grade, etc…)

  • Répondre aux questions des employés concernant leur fiche de paie et la législation associée

  • Collaboration avec les HRA et HRBP pour  la gestion des dossiers du personnel

Collaboration avec le Service Comptable

  • Collaborer avec le service comptable pour le rapprochement des comptes (IJSS CPAM, IJ Prévoyance, Acompte)

  • Analyser et justifier les comptes de charges salariales et de personnel, capable de faire l’analyse des rapports avant l’envoi aux services en demande (controlling, finances)

Compétences Requises :

  • Formation :

    • Diplôme en gestion des ressources humaines, comptabilité ou équivalent.

    • Formation spécialisée en paie

  • Expérience :

    • Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de paie, idéalement dans un environnement multi-conventions collectives.

  • Compétences Techniques :

    • Maîtrise des logiciels de paie (ex : Silae, ADP Décidium, Workday.) et des outils bureautiques (Excel, Word)- Maitrise Excel niveau intermédiaire souhaité.

    • Connaissance approfondie de la législation sociale et fiscale.

  • Compétences Relationnelles :

    • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement.

    • Sens de la confidentialité et de l’éthique.

  • Qualités Personnelles :

    • Rigueur, organisation et capacité à gérer les priorités.

    • Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse.

  • Langues

    • Français courant

    • Anglais niveau intermédiaire serait un plus dans le contexte de l’entreprise
