Sales Team Lead

This job in a nut shell

We are currently looking for a person who will manage a team of Business Development Managers (4 ppl) in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

  • Experience: 5+ years in sales with a proven track record of success; experience in leading and developing sales teams.
  • Industry Knowledge: strong understanding of the industry and market trends.
  • Sales Methodologies: knowledge of various sales methodologies and consultative selling.
  • Leadership Skills: demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team.
  • Strategic and Negotiation Skills: strong strategic thinking and negotiation abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve company targets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and inform sales strategies.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

  • You will have a well-structured onboarding and constant support from an experienced manager; 
  • Clear business objectives, opportunities for growth within the company; 
  • If you're on Bali, it's on-site job, office location: Komplek Kunti, Jl. Kunti II No.67, Seminyak, Kec. Kuta, Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80361. After probation period there is a possibility of hybrid work;
  • If you're in Jakarta, it's a remote role;
  • Scheduling: from Monday to Friday, form 9 AM till 6 PM (Indonesia time zone);
  • The start-up environment is fast-paced and constantly growing, with full support from our established international team; 
  • English Speaking Club with colleagues from around the world; 
  • Online&Offline camps, workshops and gatherings; 
  • Network with colleagues from all over the world (Random Coffee Program).
