Responsibilities

The Creative Stylist supports the Lead Stylist in execution of all Marketing and E-commerce Creative efforts for both Express & Bonobos creating brand right looks for Omnichannel content based on the needs of the business and manager direction.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ownership of all e-commerce styling and execution on-set including on-figure Express, on-figure Bonobos and mannequin sets
  • Supports the Lead Stylist in seasonal and monthly styling needs for all editorial content
  • Create innovative looks for trend projections based on initial style review presentations
  • Collaborate with photo team and art directors on the concept for that shoot
  • Collaborate with sample Ops team to ensure styling racks are organized ensuring product is relevant and up-to-date
  • Adhere to style guidelines and art direction to ensure the highest standards of the brand are met
  • Ensure all product photos are completed in a timely manner, meeting daily shot count expectations and relevant deadlines
  • Steam and prep samples in advance of shooting and while on set
  • Communicate creative concepts, ideas, and an awareness of current trends that contribute to the advancement of the brand

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-3 years of experience in fashion styling
  • Retail, brand and/or ecommerce styling experience preferred
  • On-set photoshoot experience
  • A well-rounded portfolio representative of Ecommerce and marketing styling

  • Strong ability to think and balance both creative with strategic deliverables
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to form effective partnerships across cross-functional teams – Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, Design and Visual
  • Extremely flexible, detail oriented, organized and self-motivated
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Strong work ethic and deep interest in professional integrity
