Your data-driven insights and forecasting capabilities will directly influence company-wide strategy, as you partner with our Head of Growth to establish the paid acquisition roadmap that will accelerate our trajectory toward serving 10 million customers by 2028.

This is a full-time remote role.

You'll report directly to our Head of Growth (Dave Lane), as well as work closely with our CEO (Richie Cartwright)

Key Responsibilities

    • Partner on Google Ads Strategy

      • Collaborate: Work closely with our existing Google Ads specialist to align Meta and Google strategies for maximum synergy.

      • Share strategic insights and best practices from your Meta expertise to help scale our Google Ads performance to new heights.

      • Integrate: Ensure cohesive messaging and audience targeting across platforms to create seamless customer journeys.

  • In the near future

    • Strategic Media Planning - Develop comprehensive media strategy with Meta at the core, supporting our ambitious growth targets through 2028.

    • Creative Direction - Partner with our in-house creative team to ensure ad assets are optimized for performance at scale across all platforms.

    • Explore Strategic Channels

      1. Identify: Evaluate potential new acquisition channels that could supplement our Meta-centric approach.

      2. Test: Implement small-scale tests to assess viability before significant investment.

Need to have

  • Elite Meta Expertise: 5+ years scaling DTC brands on Meta platforms to $1M+ monthly spend while maintaining profitable ROAS. Demonstrated mastery of Meta's ad ecosystem with case studies showing successful scaling from 6 to 7+ figure monthly budgets for individual brands.

  • Proven Performance History: Verifiable track record of managing $2M+ monthly ad spend across channels with consistent delivery of acquisition targets and profitability metrics for high-growth DTC brands.

  • Strategic Budget Management: Experience owning multi-million dollar annual media budgets with responsibility for performance forecasting, spend pacing, and continuous ROAS optimization at scale.

  • Advanced Google Ads Proficiency: 4+ years successfully managing Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and video formats with demonstrable results in supporting and complementing primary Meta acquisition strategy.

  • Creative Performance Optimization: Expert understanding of creative strategy for high-volume accounts, including systematic testing methodologies that consistently produce winning ad concepts capable of driving performance at scale.

  • High-Growth Experience: Proven success driving customer acquisition during rapid scaling phases for DTC companies, with ability to maintain performance while significantly increasing spend month over month.

  • Vertical Expertise: Previous experience in relevant consumer sectors with transferable audience and acquisition knowledge applicable to our growth trajectory.

Nice to have

  • GLP-1/Healthcare Experience: Previous success scaling paid media for GLP-1 weight management or telehealth brands, with deep understanding of healthcare compliance requirements and messaging nuances in regulated environments.

  • Creative Direction: Experience collaborating with in-house and agency creative teams to develop high-performing ad concepts based on performance data and audience insights.

  • Competitive Intelligence: Sophisticated understanding of competitive landscape monitoring and the ability to identify strategic opportunities ahead of market shifts.

Our cultural standards

These are the core cultural standards to which we hold ourselves & our team-members at Fella:

  • Belief in the mission: We will have served 10 million patients by the end of 2028 and we transform the life of most patients who join. We have a lot of work to do. We are obsessed with our patients and are dedicated to the mission.

  • Unwavering integrity: We are at the frontier, so we often live in ambiguity with no trodden path. When we can’t look to others for guidance, we must maintain impeccable ethics and unwavering integrity.

  • Only the paranoid survive: Bad sh*t is coming. By joining us, you’re choosing to sail straight towards the storms with unhesitating conviction. However much we’ve already done, however far we’ve already come — it’s still Day 1 and all our work is ahead of us.

  • Your life’s work: This will be your most challenging, most rewarding role of your life. You’ll be shocked how capable you are & how much you can achieve.

  • If we’re average we fail: We are only interested in “insanely great”, a focus on the quality of our execution that in everyday life would be considered pathological. We have a dedication to excellence and reject incompetence.

  • Commitment to candor: That which can be destroyed by the truth should be. You get full transparency from the company and the company expects full transparency from you. We never say anything about someone that we wouldn’t say to them directly. We give feedback with love and do not need to protect people from fleeting physical sensations.

  • A maniacal sense of urgency: We execute at an intensity that most people think is impossible. Speed is critical and we need things done yesterday. We all work very hard and in such a competitive world there really is no other way to win.

  • Enduring frugality: We are frugal. We hate being wasteful and we are anti-luxury. A culture of cheapness keeps us young. We spend our cash wisely & carefully — in a way that would make our grandmas proud.

  • Bulldozing barriers: The world is malleable and we shape it. We truly believe this and act accordingly. We are relentlessly resourceful and are at the mercy of no-one but ourselves.

  • Keep your head down: We’re boring people doing exciting work. We don’t chase short-term status — we ignore short-term dopamine hits and focus on what matters. Outsiders will underestimate us and we revel in that.

  • The power of focus: We live in a world of power laws and we cannot overestimate the unimportance of practically everything. Know your One Thing, and nail it.

🎯 “You just build a fing amazing experience. Make each step amazing. Make every decision in the long term interest of the customer. Give the customer massively more value than you take.”*
