Senior UI/UX Designer Web & Mobile (m/w/d) 

Deine Mission: 

  • User Experience neu denken: Optimiere Web & Mobile (inkl. Apps) für intuitive, performante und ansprechende Nutzererlebnisse. 

  • Datengetriebene UX-Optimierung: Führe regelmäßige Nutzertests, Heatmap-Analysen und User-Interviews durch, um fundierte Designentscheidungen zu treffen. 

  • Design, das wirkt: Entwickle moderne UI/UX-Konzepte, Wireframes, Prototypen & Mockups mit Figma, Illustrator & Photoshop. 

  • Visuelle Identität & Skalierbarkeit: Definiere und pflege ein konsistentes Design-System für Finanzen.net – von Layouts & Navigation bis zur Farbwelt & Typografie. 

  • Strategischer Impact: Entwickle eine klare UX-Strategie, die Geschäftsziele mit Nutzerbedürfnissen verbindet und messbaren Mehrwert schafft. 

  • Reibungslose Entwicklung: Arbeite eng mit Frontend-Teams zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass deine Designs technisch sauber umgesetzt werden.

Qualifikationen

Dein Profil:  

  • Erfahrung & Know-how: 5+ Jahre als UI/UX Designer für digitale Produkte, idealerweise mit Web & Mobile Fokus.  

  • Technisches Verständnis: Sicher im Umgang mit Design-Tools (Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop), idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit HTML & CSS.  

  • Design & Usability: Du hast ein starkes Gespür für Nutzerverhalten, Interaktion & moderne Design-Prinzipien.  

  • Strukturiert & eigenständig: Du arbeitest zielorientiert, bist strukturiert und ein echter Teamplayer.  

  • Portfolio: Aussagekräftige Beispiele deiner Arbeit im Digitalumfeld sind für uns ein Muss
