The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a Junior Copywriter to join our fast-paced, collaborative team of designers, copywriters, developers, and futurists. In this role, you’ll work closely with our design team to craft engaging, results-driven copy for a variety of digital formats. With punchy taglines and persuasive ad scripts, your words will help energize our campaigns and deliver meaningful outcomes for clients of all kinds—from trailblazing startups to well-known brands.
Develop concise, persuasive copy for digital ad placements including Search, Display, and Social Media
Write engaging scripts for digital audio and video ads
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the timely delivery of high-quality creative assets
Contribute to the continuous improvement of creative workflows and processes
Work closely with creative leads to meet daily content deadlines and production milestones
Exceptionally organized with a keen attention to detail
Comfortable working under tight deadlines and navigating multiple projects simultaneously
Possess a degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
Committed to accuracy, clarity, and error-free work
Easy-going team player who leaves their pride at the door (like the rest of us)
Prior experience in advertising, marketing, or creative writing
Familiarity with scriptwriting for digital media
Basic understanding of SEO principles

The approximate compensation range for this position is $28,000-$32,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
