You’ll lead planning and process across disciplines—working closely with Design, Engineering, Product, Art, QA, and UA to turn ideas into reality.

We’re seeking a production leader who thrives in a fast-paced, data-informed live ops environment and is passionate about enabling teams to do their best work. You’ll help set the rhythm for the team, drive clarity through structure, and remove obstacles so creative development can thrive.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Executive Producer to define team goals, prioritize backlogs, and create delivery plans that balance scope, quality, and timelines.

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across design, engineering, art, QA, analytics, and UA to ensure smooth and timely execution.

  • Champion transparency and clarity through clear communication, documentation, and meeting facilitation.

  • Own and evolve production processes to optimize for velocity, visibility, and team morale.

  • Monitor progress against goals, track risks, and proactively develop mitigation plans.

  • Drive the sprint process, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Use data and analytics to inform decisions and improve efficiency.

  • Collaborate with Product and Design to ensure strong alignment between player needs, business goals, and team capacity.

  • Identify and unblock dependencies and bottlenecks, ensuring seamless integration across features and teams.

  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and support to associate producers or project coordinators.

  • Advocate for sustainable development practices and maintain a healthy team culture.

  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear updates and expectations for leadership and cross-team dependencies.

  • Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap development for the game.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of shipping successful features or live operations in F2P mobile games.

  • Deep understanding of game development processes, pipelines, and cross-functional team dynamics.

  • Experience running Agile or hybrid Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

  • Strong project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and stakeholders.

  • Comfortable with Jira, Confluence, and similar production tools.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a talent for turning ambiguity into clarity.

  • Ability to balance creativity, quality, and business needs under tight deadlines.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience using KPIs and telemetry to inform decision-making.

  • A collaborative spirit and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.

  • Passion for mobile games and a strong interest in the evolving landscape of casual F2P.
