Collaborate with Product and Design to ensure strong alignment between player needs, business goals, and team capacity.
Identify and unblock dependencies and bottlenecks, ensuring seamless integration across features and teams.
Provide coaching, mentorship, and support to associate producers or project coordinators.
Advocate for sustainable development practices and maintain a healthy team culture.
Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear updates and expectations for leadership and cross-team dependencies.
Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap development for the game.

Strong project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and stakeholders.
Comfortable with Jira, Confluence, and similar production tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a talent for turning ambiguity into clarity.
Ability to balance creativity, quality, and business needs under tight deadlines.
Data-driven mindset with experience using KPIs and telemetry to inform decision-making.
A collaborative spirit and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
Passion for mobile games and a strong interest in the evolving landscape of casual F2P.
Experience with casual puzzle and/or word games
Experience leading live ops content pipelines or seasonal event cadences
Familiarity with Unity and mobile game dev pipelines
