Overview:
As a Content Manager, your role will sit at the intersection of SEO, content, and digital PR. You'll be involved in everything from hands-on tasks to client relationship management and strategic thinking.This includes identifying websites for content placement, collaborating on content development, and engaging in reactive digital PR.
This role demands agility, a willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt to varying challenges. You'll need to be comfortable balancing multiple projects, working collaboratively with different teams, and communicating effectively with clients and partners. Ultimately, you'll drive impactful results for a diverse portfolio of clients through effective outreach and content strategies.
You will be responsible for:
Identifying and evaluating websites for link building, initiating contact with website owners/journalists/bloggers, building relationships, and securing content placement.
Writing, editing, and/or collaborating on content creation, ensuring it aligns with client objectives and SEO best practices.
Monitoring industry platforms and journalist requests, providing expert sources (reactive PR), and managing quick turnaround requests.
Serving as the main point of contact for clients, providing campaign updates/results/insights, and managing client expectations.
Tracking and analysing campaign data, generating reports on key metrics, and using data to optimise outreach strategies.
Working closely with SEO, content, and communications/PR teams to achieve client goals.
Guiding and supporting junior team members.
This Role Is For You If:
You have a solid understanding of either SEO, digital PR, and content principles.
You enjoy a fast-paced environment and are quick to learn new things.

What Excites Us:
2+ years of experience in SEO, digital PR, or content marketing (agency experience preferred).
Proficiency with SEO tools and platforms (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
