  • Monitor project progress against scope, timeline, and budget; proactively identify, track, and escalate risks or issues
  • Manage development issue lifecycle by verifying tickets from Implementation Specialists, assigning to Development, and driving resolution
  • Prepare daily project briefs (“EOD prep”) for the following business day, confirming SOW deliverables and homework with specialists
  • Maintain and own the Go‑Live checklist to ensure all prerequisites are met for customer launch
  • Facilitate internal project retrospectives with the Implementation Manager to capture lessons learned and process improvements
  • Communicate scope changes, timeline adjustments, and capacity impacts to stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Reschedule meetings as needed to keep projects on track and enforce accountability for attendance and deliverables
  • Drive continuous process optimization by suggesting enhancements to company‑defined project standards
