IT Manager

The IT Manager at our company is responsible for overseeing system monitoring, incident management, capacity planning, vendor management, and ensuring compliance with IT policies. You will maintain the day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure, which includes managing servers, networks, and applications to ensure optimal performance and security.

To qualify for the IT Manager role, candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. IT certifications like Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) are also preferred. Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills, is essential.

The IT Manager position is 100% onsite at our Suwanee, GA location. We believe that being physically present allows for better collaboration with team members and ensures that our IT systems are monitored and maintained effectively.

As the IT Manager, you will oversee a variety of projects including infrastructure management, incident response, capacity planning, and security management. You will also work on developing disaster recovery plans and creating IT policies to align with industry standards.
