We are hiring our first Sourcing Manager to build the sourcing engine for Gong’s talent acquisition team. You will be responsible for creating, launching and maintaining our sourcing strategy. Creatively leading the way in how we best hit our hiring targets with top talent, identifying trends and optimizing how we attract & engage talent across all hiring channels. If you thrive through building, experimenting, and data-driven decision making this might be the right fit for you! This is an individual contributor role focused on strategic programmatic build – reporting directly to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition.
The annual salary hiring range for this position is $110,000 - $150,000 USD.
Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and
location. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits. Some of our sales compensation programs also offer the potential to achieve above targeted earnings for those who exceed their sales targets.
