Our team members are high performers that care about customer service and exceed expectations. The Concierge plays a critical role in our success.McKenzie is a 450 unit, luxury high-rise community in the heart of Seattle's Denny Triangle- just blocks from the iconic Space Needle. Work as part of an impressive team, focused on giving a 5-star living experience to residents.Organizes, coordinates, and implements various resident services and programs and acts as an information source for and help to residents related to local market resources.Schedule: Wednesdays-Thursdays 11:00pm-7:30amSaturdays-Sundays 3:30pm-11:30pmJOB DESCRIPTIONIn addition to our competitive compensation, we offer housing discounts of up to 40% at Greystar communities, cell phone allowance, monthly bonus incentives, and a robust benefits and perks package.• Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area, and ensure the comforts of prospects and visitors while they wait to speak with a team member.• Answers phone calls, routes all calls to the appropriate team member for assistance, and assists with completed service request call backs as necessary.• Maintains the guest suite schedule to ensure proper payment and cleanliness upon guest arrival and manages and coordinates the loading dock and/or elevator schedule for move-ins and move-outs.• Ensures clubhouse amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening each morning.• Manages all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents of all package deliveries within 24 hours.• Maintains tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and/or other services provided by the community.• Assists the community team with scheduling, planning and organizing resident activities and programs.• Keeps detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, delivery places, and other pertinent information that may be of interest to residents and maintains relationships and contacts with concierge vendors.#LI-KKThe hourly range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00COMPENSATION & BENEFITSCompensation is based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for an annual performance bonus that is based on individual and company performance.Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for a discretionary weekly, monthly and/or quarterly bonus based on budget.Greystar seeks to attract, recruit, advance and retain top talent.
