We target the logistics industry which relies heavily on communication to book, check on, & pay for freight. Primarily working with freight brokers, 3PLs, freight forwarders, shippers, warehouses, & other supply chain enterprises and tech startups.
We raised a Series A round from a16z and YC and we’re growing very fast, on track to hit double digit ARR by June this year.

Role Overview
As a Sales Engineer, you will be the technical expert supporting our sales team, helping potential clients understand the value of our solutions. You’ll work closely with customers to assess their needs, provide technical demonstrations, and guide them through the implementation process.
What You’ll Do
Partner with the sales team to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Conduct technical product demonstrations and proof-of-concept (PoC) presentations.
Develop deep expertise in our product and communicate the value effectively.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and improve offerings.
Assist in RFPs, proposals, and solution architecture to meet client requirements.
Support deployment strategies and ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales.
Must have
Technical Background: Experience with AI, machine learning, data science, or related technologies.
Pre-Sales Experience: Prior experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or consulting.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Capable of understanding client challenges and proposing solutions.
Coding Skills (Bonus): Familiarity with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
Customer-Focused Approach: Ability to build relationships and guide clients through technical decision-making.
