Registered Nurse RN 6T Medical ICU 36 hr Midnights - Jackson

Registered Nurse 36 hour/week w/Full Time Benefits - Midnight Shift 6T Medical ICU Minimum of 1 year inpatient ICU or Progressive Care Unit experience preferred. Want to schedule time to talk with a recruiter?

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Shift: 7p - 7:30a Eligible for Sign On Bonus up to $20,000. Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team. Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

BSN preferred. If ADN, must be willing to enroll in a BSN program within 3 years, obtain your BSN within 5 years. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans. Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services. Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel Enrollment in a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program within 3 years of hire Completion of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within 5 years of hire

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:

Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
