Overview
Hydrow is seeking a skilled and adaptable Senior Quality Engineer to support the development, introduction, and ongoing quality of our innovative connected fitness products. This role will play a critical part in ensuring product reliability, safety, and performance across both new product development and supporting existing Hydrow product lines.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in quality engineering, electromechanical systems, and manufacturing, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement. They should be comfortable working autonomously, making independent decisions in their area of expertise, while also knowing when to leverage the support of their team for high-impact or unfamiliar situations.

Located in vibrant Boston, MA, or in a hybrid setting, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our products are not only reliable but also safe and perform at their best. With a solid background in quality engineering and electromechanical systems, you'll work with our talented hardware and software engineering teams, as well as manufacturing and customer support, to identify potential issues early on and implement innovative improvements. We’re looking for a self-starter who thrives on collaboration yet can also work independently. As part of your role, you will execute rigorous testing to ensure our offerings are ready for launch, facilitate risk assessments, and develop robust quality controls and inspection plans. You’ll monitor quality metrics during production and refine internal processes to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
