Job Description

Reporting to the our Client Partner, as an Account Executive you'll support customer relationship management, help manage a client portfolio, ensuring you understand your clients business objectives. You are experienced in sales and customer service, and are a reliable professional, able to balance customer orientation and a results driven approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Elaboration of weekly monitoring reports with results vs. plan
  • Quality controls with listening in Customer Service especially focused on commercial attention
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Support the efficient running of your assigned client accounts
  • Understand and be able to discuss Jellyfish product/solutions provided with the client
  • Partner with other capabilities or teams to complete tasks (eg. a product, project management, billing)
  • Understanding of Jellyfish's value proposition
  • Understand the Everyday Fundamental Tools for Client Management
  • Analyze client data to provide strategic recommendations that align with clients' business goals.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in a accounts/customer service role
  • English proficiency
  • Experienced in developing and presenting proposals that address client needs
  • General knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook, GMP, Analytics value and operation
  • Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects and ability to connect to Jellyfish culture
  • A passion for digital and stay up to date with industry trends and new skills
