About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and passionate DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining our infrastructure, automating our deployment pipelines, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of our applications. You will work closely with development and operations teams to streamline our processes and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
● Design, build, and maintain our cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
● Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
● Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, CI/CD, and GitHub Actions.
● Implement and manage containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
● Monitor system performance and availability using tools like Zabbix, Grafana, Datadog, or ELK stack.
● Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues.
● Implement and maintain security best practices throughout the development and deployment lifecycle.
● Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve processes and workflows.
● Participate in on-call rotations to ensure system availability.
● Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
● Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
● Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
● Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
● Experience with IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
● Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
● Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
● Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
● Strong understanding of networking concepts.
● Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
● Strong communication and collaboration skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
● Knowledge of security best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Kubernetes Certified Administrator).
● Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
● Experience with database administration.
● Experience with serverless technologies.
