Job Summary
The Dean of Registration and Systems Support (DRSS) plays a key role in managing student academic records, high school scheduling, and attendance systems while ensuring compliance with state and district regulations. This position serves as the primary contact for registrar-related inquiries, including transcripts, enrollment changes, and student credentials. In addition to streamlining enrollment processes, the DRO provides first-line technology support and troubleshooting to student and staff devices, working to optimize platforms like Infinite Campus and Google Workspace to enhance school operations, data accuracy, and reporting.

Perks: Professional Development is scheduled into the calendar year and provides a time for all campuses to come together and celebrate our success.  

Hiawatha Employment Logistics
  • HCHS students’ school day is from 8:45am-3:45pm, Monday-Thursday and 8:45am-2:00pm on Friday.
  • Staff must be present from 8:15am-4:15pm, Monday-Friday, or until all duties are completed for the next day. 
  • Professional development sessions are held each Friday from 2:15pm-4:15pm.
  • All Hiawatha Staff are expected to attend and participate in all family events at the school.
Compensation: $67,000
