Learning & Development (L&D) Consultant

Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Learning & Development (L&D) Consultant with a strong background in Human-Centered Design (HCD) to join our team in Amman. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, delivering, and consulting on innovative learning solutions tailored to meet organizational needs while ensuring a user-centered approach

Key Responsibilities:

1. Learning & Development Strategy

  • Develop and implement: Comprehensive L&D strategies that are directly aligned with the organization's overall business goals and the evolving needs of its employees.

2. Learning Program Development & Delivery

  • Design and deliver: Engaging and impactful training programs and workshops utilizing Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles to enhance employee engagement and performance.
  • Develop: High-quality learning materials, including e-learning modules, job aids, and guides, tailored to the specific needs and learning styles of target audiences.

3. Consultation & Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely: With cross-functional teams across the organization to assess training needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
  • Provide expert consultation: On all aspects of learning initiatives, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and HCD methodologies.

4. Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Stay abreast of: The latest trends in L&D, HCD, and technology-driven learning solutions.
  • Promote: A culture of continuous learning and innovation within the organization by exploring and implementing new and innovative learning approaches.
