The Spok Sales Team is on the lookout for a talented LMS Administrator & Content Contributor to join their dynamic team remotely! If you have a passion for education and technology, this role is just for you. Your primary focus will be overseeing and optimizing our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring that it meets the needs of both our internal team and our external clients. You'll work on everything from configuring the LMS to managing user access and content repositories. Collaboration is key here, so expect to team up with Instructional Designers and Subject Matter Experts to create engaging learning experiences. You will also support users with any tech issues they encounter, ensuring the LMS runs smoothly. Reporting on usage data and identifying trends will provide you valuable insights into how to enhance our offerings. With at least 2 years of experience in LMS administration and a strong foundation in content management, you'll be poised to make significant contributions to Spok's training objectives.
