Fullmind is looking for Farsi-speaking individuals from Afghanistan or neighboring countries who have experiences living in the U.S. Ideal candidates are pursuing higher education and have experience navigating the U.S. education system. While they may not have the same recent experiences as the students, they can offer valuable insights on navigating the U.S. education system, along with academic and language support.

Are you passionate about education and making a difference in the lives of students? Fullmind is on the lookout for a dedicated Virtual Farsi Tutor and Mentor who speaks Farsi fluently and can connect with students navigating the U.S. education system. This fully remote position offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $29 to $33, and the schedule is flexible, accommodating student availability, often after school and in the evenings. As a mentor, you will build relationships based on trust, providing academic support in English Language Arts (ELA) and Math, and offering invaluable insights from your own experiences. You will conduct engaging tutoring sessions that not only enhance language skills but also promote cultural adaptation. By participating in workshops aimed at study skills and college readiness, you’ll help students succeed academically and personally.
