Kayzen, a leading DSP in mobile marketing, is seeking a Platform Support Specialist to provide expert product support and troubleshooting for clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and answer clients’ questions promptly with high client satisfaction
Support campaign setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Manage ad moderation for self-serve clients
Identify and develop solutions to improve internal and client operations
Provide proper documentation and conduct creative testing

Education

1+ years of B2B customer support experience
Understanding of key statistical concepts and analytical abilities
Previous experience in Adtech/Martech/Performance Marketing
