Product Marketing Manager

The Kestra team has over 400 years of experience in the external and internal cardiac medical device markets. This Product Marketing Manager is accountable for the development, integration and implementation of a broad range of strategic marketing and product commercialization strategies, to both internal employees and external customers, that drive revenue, promote growth and create brand loyalty. This role aligns to company-wide initiatives and collaborates with cross-functional teams across the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Assist in collecting and developing powerful patient, provider and payor messages, proof points, evidence and stories to inspire belief, create awareness, drive loyalty and advocacy, recognize innovation and compel a change in the standard of care.
  • Partner with our clinical affairs team to create compelling marketing materials, tools and programs for our commercial sales organization, highlighting our powerful real-world evidence.
  • Work with the commercial sales organization to nurture and convert leads.
  • Help manage the logistics and execution of trade shows, conferences and our speakers program - ensuring audience engagement while optimizing the impact and spend.
  • Participate in training our new hire and tenured commercial sales team through training events and ongoing informal interactions.
  • Continually expand and refresh various marketing content and collateral to align with our key strategic initiatives.
  • Provide input to the new product planning team related to product enhancements and potential new offerings.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Marketing, Sales, R&D, Finance, Operations, Regulatory, Legal and People Operations.
  • Adhere to Pledge of Confidentiality
    • Information regarding a patient of this company shall not be released to any source outside of this company without the signed permission of the patient. Furthermore, information will only be released internally on a need-to-know basis. All Team Members will not discuss patient cases outside the office or with anyone not employed by this company unless they are directly involved with the patient’s case.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • Minimum 5 years direct experience in marketing of medical devices (preferably cardiology) and/or pharmaceuticals, or other highly regulated industry
  • Superior communication skills, verbal and written
  • Exceptional presentation skills

Preferred:

  • Sales experience
  • Experience in marketing strategy, planning, and branding in domestic and international markets
  • Experience in start-up or high-growth companies

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Indoor open office environment
  • Minimal noise volume typical to an office environment
  • Extended hours when needed
  • Kestra manufactures and provides life-saving products regulated by the Federal Food and Drug Administration and under contract with Medicare. Kestra maintains a drug free workplace and testing is a condition of employment post-offer.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Frequent repetitive motions that may include wrists, hands and/or fingers, such as keyboard and mouse usage
  • Frequent stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods of time
  • Frequent computer use
  • Frequent phone and other business machine use
  • Occasional lifting required, up to 20 pounds

TRAVEL

  • Some travel required - less than 35%

Pay equity is an important part of Kestra’s Culture. Our compensation ranges are guided by national and local salary surveys and take into consideration experience level and internal equity. Each role is benchmarked based on the job description provided If your qualifications and/or experience level are outside of the posted position, we encourage you to apply as we are growing fast and roles that are coming soon may not be posted.

Salary: Annualized at $130,000-$152,500, plus bonus. Depending on experience and location.
