Located in Grants Pass, OR Salary: $65,000-$75,000 DOEJob Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our clients team at a leading manufacturer of playground equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers, promote our innovative and inclusive playground solutions, and retain existing clients. This role requires strong leadership skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of the industry, marketing channels, and emerging trends.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth in the playground manufacturing sector.Oversee all marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, content creation, and trade show participation.Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new marketing opportunities and customer needs.Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum return on investment.Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives and customer demands.Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Maintain relationships with external agencies, media outlets, distributors, and industry partners.Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, website content, and press releases, with a focus on playground products and solutions.Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in playground manufacturing and marketing.
