Position Overview

We’re looking for an experienced SaaS Digital Marketing Operations Manager to own our brand’s presence, media, and outreach.  Your mission is to create demand by further developing how we tell our story and engage companies in our market.   This leader will have proven “full-stack” SaaS marketer skills and experience including brand storytelling and positioning, Account Based Marketing (ABM), inbound marketing, content marketing, lead nurturing, online advertising platforms, and marketing automation systems.  They own the strategy and are hands-on in execution. 

Responsibilities 

  • Define and develop positioning, programs and market engagement that educates our target market and makes UpClear stand out. 
  • Collaborate with Business Development leadership to develop a strategy for reaching high-value opportunities within our ideal customer profile.  Advocate for process changes to ensure we engage, nurture, and convert leads into customers. 
  • Define marketing campaigns strategies, media planning and budgets 
  • Develop and execute programs to drive high quality MQL and SQL creation and repeat, ongoing engagement. 
  • Use ABM to engage, educate, and convert targeted accounts and personas. 
  • Implement toolset and create the assets and stories needed to successfully execute your marketing strategy. 
  • SEO : Ensure web-based assets are properly attributed to optimize presence in search results. 
  • Build nurture programs and automation for prospects & leads. 
  • Recommend new tools for marketing and sales technology. 
  • Track and communicate marketing performance metrics. 
  • Recognize when adjustments to marketing strategy/tactics are required to improve ROI and address them in a timely manner. 
  • Continuously research industry trends, strategies and target audience insight

Success in this role is measured by: 

  • Quality of lead strategy and management of it across time 
  • Quality and consistency of leads and impact on sales pipeline 
  • Cost effectiveness of programs as measured by standard KPIs (ROI, CPL, CPC, CPA) 
  • Quality of way-of-working.  Working smart and continuously improving. 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications. 
    • 6+ years of experience in SaaS B2B marketing  and SaaS digital marketing 
    • Experience in CPG vertical preferred 
    • Experience executing online & social advertising, inbound marketing, and e-mail marketing programs.  
    • Experience designing and executing multitouch ABM campaigns.  
    • Experience with Marketing Automation and CRM tools, marketing databases, Google Analytics, search and LinkedIn Advertising.   
    • Experience with lead generation tools and tech savvy including AI-based tools 
    • Collaboration.  Work with colleagues to understand their needs and identify shared goals.  
    • Ownership.  Design and drive your work forward.  
    • Curiosity. You know how to test, succeed/fail, reflect, and move fast. 
    • Helpful Experience: prior work in the Consumer Goods industry.
