In this role, you will:
Lead digital product strategy and programs for Supply Chain including Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing , Logistics and SC Finance in IPC & EM.
Co-create technology roadmap to deliver capabilities that enrich and enable digital experiences and drive efficiencies with Segment SC stakeholders and customers, global and functional Business Partners, Capability teams, Delivery Engine Leadership, external delivery partners and software vendors
Act as an entrepreneur, performing market and competitive analysis to inform product innovation. Ensure that the product vision is integrated into the overall Supply Chain Product vision
Accountable for E2E ownership with right mix of Strategy, Delivery, Operations & Innovation in SC capabilities for segment
Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs/requirements to be included in roadmap. And works closely with development teams and/or guide to implement the product requirements.
Build the business cases with Segment and IT Leaders to secure funds
Lead the Product lifecycle including development of features, deployment of roadmaps, and measurement and management of adoption.
Explore, Identify, develop & lead the data and analytics solutions to solve business problems in respective functional area
Create, manage, and prioritize Product backlog to streamline execution of business objectives.
Manage vendors to ensure software roadmaps and delivery of features are completed based on agreed SLAs and pricing models.
Maximize the value of the SC Product over its lifecycle by defining and owning capabilities ROI, including budget and/or P&L
Understanding of cyber risks, K-C security posture, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance to K-C IT security and controls framework

Bachelor’s or Masters degree , ideally in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Operations, business administration or related field
Overall experience of 8-10 years, with a minimum of 5 years related experience in SC.
Strong understanding of Supply Chain preferably in CPG industry
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or scrum master (good to have)
Exposure to tools like SAP ECC, EWM, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP S4 (good to have)
Customer-centric mindset with design thinking skills to understand the customer's needs, drive research, design with empathy, understand customer engagement and apply whole-product thinking.
Experience with Key Collaborative Events and Processes like Demand Intake, Demand/Requests Assessment, Quarterly Planning, Product Backlog Management, Sprint Reviews and Product Demos.
Established background in launching software/solutions or services in partnership with business and engineering teams.
Ability to navigate and influence senior level leaders within a large, matrix organization
Experience in coaching, mentoring, and supporting other Product Owners.
Ability to inspire a team to act as a small business jointly accountable for its product. Experience successfully driving end-to-end delivery of highly innovative products.
Outstanding organizational, communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills at all levels. Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, prioritization and time management skills.
Proven experience as a change agent to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders at multiple levels of a global organization.
