Depuis Paris, l’agence gère et optimise la performance des campagnes publicitaires d’annonceurs tels que LVMH (Dior, Louis Vuitton, Sephora…), Jacquemus, Carrefour, Sarenza, Lacoste, The Kooples, Zadig&Voltaire, Caudalie, Clarins ou encore Dassault Systèmes …. Elle intervient également sur les problématiques SEO de ses clients (UX, contenu).

Description du poste

Rattaché à Labelium Paris et l’équipe Média (+60 consultants) et sous la responsabilité du Directeur de BU, vous aurez en charge la gestion autonome d’un portefeuille de clients (Performance et/ou Branding) pour lequel vous assurerez :

  • Les recommandations et la stratégie média online

  • Les mises en ligne et l’optimisation des campagnes SEA

  • L’analyse des résultats des campagnes et la recherche constante d’améliorations

  • La gestion de la relation client sur le plan opérationnel

  • La veille et le partage d’expertise

  • La gestion des relations avec les régies avec lesquelles vous travaillerez (Google, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn…)

Dans ce cadre, vous managerez une équipe de consultants (4 à 5 SEA) dans laquelle vous aurez en charge :

  • L’organisation de la charge de travail et la coordination des missions
     
  • Le contrôle, l’évaluation et le bien-être des membres de l’équipe
     
  • Le développement des connaissances et des compétences, la construction d’un parcours d’évolution interne de chacun de vos talents

Vous serez garant de la performance de vos campagnes et de la satisfaction de vos clients.

Qualifications

  • De formation Bac+3 à Bac+5 , type Ecole de Commerce/Communication ou Formation universitaire spécialisée dans le marketing digital.

  • Une expérience d’au moins 4 ans dans la gestion de campagnes multileviers, Google Ads et Microsoft Ads, en agence

  • Vous vous épanouissez dans un environnement agence à taille humaine en pleine croissance et vous laissant une grande autonomie sur la gestion de vos comptes

  • Vous cultivez et valorisez l’expertise en véritable ambassadeur de l’entreprise, en interne & externe, savez vous affirmer dans la gestion client et êtes capable de gérer les attentes, la satisfaction et les enjeux clients

  • Vous avez un sens aigu de la communication & une solide empathie, votre sens relationnel est apprécié de vos partenaires, tant en interne qu’auprès de vos pairs qu’externe auprès de vos clients

  • Vous aimez travailler en équipe, êtes capable de transmettre votre savoir-faire à de jeunes talents et d’alimenter le partage de bonne pratique en équipe pour participer à la montée en compétence et rayonnement de la pratique opérationnelle

  • Vous disposez d’excellentes capacités analytiques et rédactionnelles pour délivrer des recommandations stratégiques hebdomadaires auprès des clients

  • Vous avez une très bonne maîtrise des logiciels Excel et PowerPoint ou Gsheets, Gslides, et des outils d’achat media (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Editor…) et connaissez les fonctionnalités essentielles des outils analytiques (Google Analytics).

  • Vous avez une appétence à gérer des grands comptes à l’international (univers du retail et de la grande distribution) et vous parlez un Anglais courant, et êtes capable de leader en autonomie des calls clients en anglais .
