Property Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Manager to join our growing team. This role involves managing all aspects of tenant and property management, ensuring our properties are well-maintained, and that both tenants and Airbnb guests receive exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management, strong organizational skills, and the flexibility to handle a variety of tasks in a dynamic environment

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Tenant Management:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to tenant inquiries and issues.
  • Oversee tenant screening and application processes, ensuring compliance and thoroughness
  • Manage tenant collections, ensuring timely payments and addressing delinquencies
  • Coordinate tenants move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and documentation
  • Execute eviction processes when necessary, adhering to legal requirements

Airbnb Guest Management:

  • Communicate with guests to ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience
  • Screen guests to ensure a good match with the property and its guidelines
  • Address guest concerns and provide assistance during their stay

Building Compliance & Maintenance:

  • Ensure all properties meet building compliance requirements and adhere to local regulations
  • Schedule and manage work orders, building repairs, and ongoing projects
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors to maintain high property standards

Administrative Tasks:

  • Manage all incoming mail related to properties and tenants
  • Keep accurate records of all property transactions and tenant interactions
  • Maintain organized documentation for leases, payments, and service requests

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience:

  • 2-5 years of previous property management experience
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Gmail is required
  • Experience with property management software Property Ware and Talk Route are a Plus!

Skills & Competencies:

  • Must be able to work in the office AND travel to properties to handle on-site tasks
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to handle a variety of tasks and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
  • Strong problem-solving abilities

Education & Certifications:

  • Valid Driver's License

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidates must reside within a 30–45-minute commute of Zip Code 19038 and be able to cover the Philadelphia metro area as part of the role
  • Candidate must have reliable transportation

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Competitive salary between 50k-60k, based on experience and qualifications.
  • 3 weeks PTO and the bank holidays
