As a Senior Accounting and Finance Manager at our real estate investment and management firm, your main responsibilities will include managing financial data across various business units, preparing financial statements, budgeting, and financial analysis. You'll also guide the accounting team, ensure compliance with GAAP, and oversee payroll operations. Your role is vital in delivering insights to inform business decisions.

To qualify for the Senior Accounting and Finance Manager position, you need at least 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel. While certifications like CPA or CFA are preferred, they are not mandatory. Real estate experience is a plus, and strong analytical skills will greatly benefit your role.

The Senior Accounting and Finance Manager role is designed as a hybrid position, allowing flexibility in where you work. Initially, you'll work on-site at our Wyndmoor, PA office for training purposes. After that, you can work from home as business needs allow, balancing the dynamic environment of our office with the convenience of remote work.
