Lime is hiring a Head of Finance Technology to join our Finance organization! Reporting to the VP, Chief Accounting Officer, you will lead the strategy and execution of our financial systems while managing a team of Finance Technology professionals. This newly established group will centralize ownership of finance systems and drive business process design to support digital transformation across the function. You will serve as a key liaison between Finance and cross-functional partners in Engineering, Product, and Corporate Technology, defining system requirements that meet financial and compliance needs while enabling scalable growth.

What you will do:

Centralize and lead the business strategy for Lime’s financial systems, driving process design and transformation across Finance.
Define and manage the Finance Technology roadmap in alignment with Corporate Technology and business goals, spanning platforms like NetSuite, Oracle FAH, Anaplan, custom engineered, and treasury/tax solutions.
Lead digital transformation initiatives that automate manual financial processes and enhance forecasting through system optimization and advanced analytics.
Act as the voice of Finance in cross-functional system and data initiatives, ensuring business requirements are clearly defined and financial objectives are embedded in technology solutions.
Support key company initiatives including IPO readiness, data visibility, global expansion, and operational risk reduction.
Grow, lead and mentor the Finance Technology team, fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Own change management efforts related to financial systems transformation, including training, communication, and stakeholder alignment across Finance and cross-functional teams.
Ensure financial systems meet internal control and audit requirements.
Maintain documentation, oversee UAT, and troubleshoot system issues to support long-term scalability and performance.

About you:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
8+ years of experience in finance systems, including ERP or FP&A platform implementation and optimization, and 12+ years of total experience
Strong background in accounting principles, budgeting, and financial data workflows
Proven ability to automate and scale complex financial processes
Skilled at translating business requirements into system solutions in collaboration with Corporate Technology
Strong project management, organizational, and team leadership skills in high-growth environments

Preferred Experience:

Experience working in a pre-IPO or public company environment
Familiarity with tools such as NetSuite, Anaplan, Oracle FAH, and SQL
Proven success managing vendor relationships and external consultants
Track record of building high-performing teams in a fast-paced tech environment
