This role would be a part of the Growth and Premium team focused on 0→1 venture exploration projects that define the future of growth. You’ll take insights from research and other inputs to form hypotheses, rapidly prototype concepts, and determine viability and investment potential. You’ll be the sole designer on early-stage initiatives—crafting compelling business cases and working closely with cross-functional partners including product, engineering, research, and content design.
We're looking for a strong individual contributor who thrives in ambiguity, works well with lean teams, and helps shape how we work. You’ll also mentor other designers and share your craft expertise. This role reports into design leadership and collaborates closely with executive stakeholders.

The pay range for this role is $180,000-$290,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.
