DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Management of complete Delivery documents to the customer.
2. Ensure all delivery documents are complete with signature and correct before handover to trucker.
3. Ensure all trucks for dispatch have a truck seal and gate pass.
4. Ensure all documents are completely encoded to outbound daily monitoring Excel files for future use.
5. Manage proper filing of Delivery documents and stores in the designated document room.
6. Endorse the trucker copy to the assigned checker with gate pass and seal.
7. Makes reports for any deviation from the norms as seen during day-to-day operation on relation to Dispatch Issues (system interfacing, authorization forms, etc).
8. Ensure to send a dispatched report every 3 hours to Viber group.
9. Always maintains good housekeeping and sanitation standards.
10Complies and subscribes to Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Policies, Company Code of Discipline, and its component penalties.

As an Assistant II - Operations (DR Processor) at Maersk in Laguna, you will play a vital role in ensuring our delivery process runs smoothly and efficiently.
